GOLD is an inquiry into the art of alchemical transmutation — the ancient practice of refining what is base, worn, or forgotten into something of value. This body of work draws from inner and ancestral landscapes, transforming the heavy and mundane into vessels of radiance.
Each piece is an artifact of the alchemical process: decomposition, distillation, illumination. Echoing the spirit of Kintsugi — where fractures are repaired with gold — these works do not conceal rupture, but exalt it. The crack becomes a channel. The wound, a vein.
GOLD is not a metaphor. It is matter worked by hand, by memory, by fire.
