Self Portrait: Kintsugi is a meditation on healing, remembrance, and the human experience of separation from Source. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of kintsugi, the work reflects the soul’s descent into duality, where the illusion of fragmentation becomes part of the embodied journey. Rather than seeing brokenness as something to overcome, the piece invites contemplation of fracture as an essential aspect of becoming—one that ultimately reveals a deeper wholeness that has never truly been lost.
